    About reservation plans and use

  • What time is the check-in and check-out?
    The check-in: 3 p.m. ~ The check-out: ~ 10 a.m.
    It is possible to park your car between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
  • It is possible to do day use?
    Unfortunately, day use is not possible. We only accept reservations for accommodation.
  • Is it possible to use the facility with my pet?
    I am afraid it is not possible. Pets are not allowed at our facility.
  • Is it possible to use your facility alone?
    No, reservations can be made for a group of 2 or more at our facility.
  • Is it possible to change the number of guests and plan?
    Yes, it is possible to do so up to 3 days before your stay.
  • Is there a cancellation fee?
    Yes, it costs 50 % of the accommodation fee if canceled 30 days before your stay, and 100% if canceled 7 days before your stay. However, it is possible to change your accommodation date only once 2 weeks before your stay for free.
  • About payment
    We only accept advance payment via credit card. I am afraid cash payments are not accepted.
  • Is there a shuttle service?
    No, we do not offer a shuttle service.

  • What is the capacity?
    Each type of the rooms can accommodate 4 people (up to 6 people).
  • How many beds are there?
    There are 4 mattresses on a raised floor, and if you are a group of 5 or more, we will provide additional futons.

    • About equipment and amenities

  • What amenities do you have?
    Black tea, Sencha (a type of green tea), ground coffee set, shampoo, hair conditioner, body soap, bath towel, face towel, hair dryer, dental kit, hairbrush, face wash, toner & milky lotion, makeup remover, and razor.
  • What cooking utensils do you have?
    Kitchen knife, cutting board, kitchen scissors, bottle opener, and salt and pepper.
  • What is included in the BBQ gas stove set (Rental: 3,850 yen / Tax included)?
    A BBQ gas stove, grill rack, and tongs are included. We do not have a pot or iron griddle, but you can use them if you bring them by yourself.
    Please make the most of them if you enjoy your original BBQ with the Sudomari plan.
    *Fire-causing devices are not allowed.
    *Guests with the plan including meals can use them for free.
  • Do you have tableware?
    Yes, we have various tableware such as dishes, chopsticks and spoons.
    *Tableware will only be served to guests who order food or choose a BBQ stove from Options.
  • Is it possible to have BBQs and meals even if it rains?
    Yes, it is.
  • Is there Wi-Fi?
    Yes, each tent is equipped with Wi-Fi.
  • Is there an air conditioner (and heater)?
    Yes, each tent is equipped with an air conditioner (and heater).
  • Are there a bathroom and toilet?
    Tents at each building have a private shower room and bathroom (toilet).
  • Is there a TV?
    No. However, you can enjoy a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji from your room and terrace.
  • Is there an outlet?
    Yes, there are some outlets in dome-shaped tents.
  • Is there a parking lot?
    Yes, there is a free shared parking lot.

  • What is the cut-off time for placing food orders?
    We accept food orders until 3 days before your stay.
  • Is it possible to bring ingredients by myself?
    Yes, you can bring your favorite ingredients and enjoy your original BBQ.
  • Is it possible to bring a bonfire table and stove?
    No, fire-causing devices are not allowed here. Please rent a BBG grill.
  • Is it possible to order only breakfast?
    Yes, it is.

  • Are there a convenience store and supermarket?
    “Supermarket Ogino Yamanakako Store,” “Lawson Yamanakako-nishi Store,” and “Seven Eleven Yamanakako Interchange Store / Yamanakako Lakeside Store” are all within an approximately 5-minute drive.
  • Is it possible to do fireworks?
    Only sparklers are allowed here. Please enjoy them near a bonfire stand.
    A BBQ lighter is included in the bonfire set. Additionally, sparkler buckets are available next to the BBQ sink.
  • About lost items
    Lost items will be disposed of 2 weeks after storage without inquiry. Raw food will be disposed of immediately.
